Here we work with your personality profile, your functioning state of mind, identification of emotional triggers and managing these emotions. This process is driven by the individual and works around personal issues and desired outcome.

DBT For Teens
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured coaching program, which teaches vital skills that will assist your teenager in living a better life, from making better decisions to creating and maintaining safe and healthy behaviours.
DBT works with the cognitive behaviour therapy approach, which focuses on both the ability to accept current situations while still striving to make things better.
DBT focuses on helping teens:
- Get along with others better and getting what you want out of relationships.
- Understanding and learning how to manage emotions and intense feelings.
- Providing concrete help for getting through the rough spots.
- Learning to choose behaviours that work.
Teen – Who am I Workshop
Your teen does not need to be on a lifelong quest to find themselves. Give them the tools right now that will allow them to understand what motivates and energizes them.
Through a fun morning, they will learn all that makes them tick, what their learning styles are, how they receive communication and how better to communicate, what makes them happy and what turns their lives upside down.
They will learn thinking skills that allow them to be proactive and not reactive.
They will come out of the workshop feeling comfortable and confident in – Who They Are.
